Well-known estate agency expands with acquisition of independent firm – London Wallet

Martyn Gerrard has expanded into Palmers Green after completing the acquisition of local estate agency Range Homes.

The near £1m deal will see the highly services offered by the north London agency, which include lettings valuations and management, guaranteed rent packages, and property management, integrated into the services already offered by Martyn Gerrard.

Chanel Ali, who founded Range Homes in 2008, will continue to work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team.

The strategic acquisition forms a part of Martyn Gerrard’s growth plans and will support the firm’s recently launched Winchmore Hill office, which opened its doors in January last year.
