TwentyEA, part of the TwentyCi group, has unveiled a suite of new marketing solutions that it says can boost estate agency performance by combining data tools.

The firm, which specialises in providing property data, has launched the new products that are available to agents with up to 10 branches.

The new packages have been built to combine TwentyEA’s prospect tool with their ‘Spotlight, Insight and Search’ products and include the launch of a new product giving agents the option of marketing via mobile devices to increase brand awareness.

The data insights will, we are told, help support agents with the relevant information to target and potential win instruction on more properties.

Katy Billany, executive director of TwentyEA, said: “We’ve built a series of low-cost solutions to help agents generate more leads, convert more appraisals and raise their fees.

“By combining our products in this way, agents can demonstrate an informed view of the market with granular data insights and showcase their expertise with performance statistics to potential vendors on why they’re the best agent to sell their property. Importantly, they’ll now be able to run multi-channel campaigns to generate more leads.

“This is a powerful combination, making instructions more likely and allowing agents to raise their fees confidently on the back of their high-performance, verified by our independent data.

“We’re excited to incorporate these data packages with a mobile marketing offering which has already helped create and build brand awareness for many of our clients. Agents can display their own adverts on the mobile phones of those who are considering moving within their local area or frustrated vendors who are looking to switch agents.”
