Alto, part of Houseful, has announced changes to its training offering for estate and letting agents to provide greater flexibility.

All Alto users can now auto-enrol in training – meaning they can start their training programme at a time that suits them –  and all managers now have access to a section in Alto’s Learning Hub called ‘My Team’.

Managers can use ‘My Team’ to enrol new starters or team members in training, see the training selected by their direct reports – and download reports on their team’s training progress.

Alto users will now also be automatically enrolled in a new ‘Alto Basics’ course where users can tailor their training across four key areas – Alto Foundations, Property Management, Accounts and System Administration and decide if they would prefer video courses or e-learning modules.

We are told that in the six weeks since these changes have been introduced, there’s been an 18% increase in course completion rates and positive feedback from Alto customers.

Riccardo Dawson, COO at Alto said: “We’re constantly implementing customer feedback to improve our training and these recent improvements not only make it easier than ever to get to grips with Alto – but also enable managers to track the progress of their team. This will help ensure that they’re making the absolute most of Alto and its functionality.”
