The Relocation Agent Network (RAN) has announced  a strategic partnership with Goodlord, the digital platform streamlining the lettings process.

This collaboration aims to equip RAN members with tools and exclusive offerings from Goodlord, as part of wider efforts to facilitate seamless transactions.

Through this alliance, RAN members will gain early access to Goodlord’s digital solutions, including its platform that handles the entire lettings journey from offer letter to rent collection.

Richard Durrant, MD of RAN, commented “Aligning with Goodlord, a company renowned for its efficiency-enhancing digital solutions and revenue-maximising tools, directly supports our mission of offering unparalleled value to our members, the partnership underscores our dedication to the growth and success of our members.”

Goodlord’s platform aims to transform how RAN members manage their properties, offering capabilities that streamline operations, from sending offer letters, unique compliance and fraud protection services, signing of tenant and landlord agreements online and managing payments. Additionally, the collaboration will provide RAN members with opportunities for continuing professional development through access to CPD-accredited courses and webinars offered by Goodlord.

“We are excited to bring our thought leadership and exclusive offerings to the Relocation Agent Network members,” commented Costas Frangeskou for Goodlord. “Our technology is designed to simplify lettings and maximise revenue, and we are confident that this partnership will empower agents within the network to achieve greater efficiency and provide even higher levels of service to their clients.”
