A new communication tool designed specifically for estate agents across the UK has been launched.

Available now through an integration with the Street.co.uk platform, Agent Connect is designed to help agents manage their daily operations, providing greater levels of efficiency and connectivity. Standalone and further integrations are due to be released soon.

Agent Connect aims to offer seamless integration with existing systems, according to Luke St Clair, the platform’s creator.

“After more than two decades in the estate and letting industry, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges that agents face in managing client relationships and operational efficiency,” said St Clair. “With Agent Connect, we are delivering a solution that not only addresses these challenges but also helps agents stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.”

St Clair highlighted the following key features in a bid to appeal to agents:

Seamless Integration: WhatsApp & telephone conversations are synchronised with your Street.co.uk system. – No longer the need to type a note into the CRM when you send a WhatsApp or take a telephone call.

Enhanced Communication: All your colleagues will know the conversations going on with your clients that sit within your CRM

Time-Saving Automation: Automates routine tasks / notifications to your clients in a platform they are using everyday.

User-Friendly Interface: Designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, making it accessible to agents with varying levels of technical expertise.
