Dezrez has agreed a significant new data integration with Homesearch, designed to enhance user experience and market expertise.
Dezrez users are required to enter an address in ordered to gain free access to comprehensive core property reports provided by Homesearch, although there is an upgraded Pro Property Report option available.
This functionality is integrated within the onboarding process and available when viewing properties in the calendar, ensuring users stay informed throughout their workflow.
According to Dezrez, the data provided as part of this integration should reduce the time spent on research while enhancing agents’ market knowledge during client calls, property valuations, and when preparing property particulars.
In addition, the Track this Property feature within the reports allows users to receive free notifications on key updates such as new listings, price changes, and properties marked as SSTC/Under Offer.
