Scan A Sign has launched new technology designed to help estate agents win more instructions and accelerate sales by providing instant digital access to property details.

QR codes are used by a number of agents to help drive traffic to their website, as they allow potential customers to scan a window card or agency board for more details about a particular property, and Scan ASign is hoping to tap into this market with its new redirectable QR code technology.

The system is designed to help estate agents secure more instructions while providing comprehensive analytics of viewer engagement.

“This technology creates a triple-win scenario,” said Mark Hickman, founder of Scan A Sign. “Estate agents win more business and sell properties faster, sellers benefit from enhanced visibility and regular engagement updates, and buyers get instant access to property details when and where they want them.”

The technology enables agents to instantly redirect QR codes to new property listings when a property is sold, making boards infinitely reusable while maintaining a modern, tech-savvy image.

Through a personalised dashboard, agents can manage unlimited QR codes and track engagement metrics to demonstrate marketing effectiveness to current and prospective clients.

Kremer Signs has partnered with Scan A Sign to integrate the technology into new and existing board designs.

“In today’s competitive market, estate agents need every advantage they can get,” Hickman added. “Our solution not only helps them win more instructions but provides tangible data to demonstrate their marketing effectiveness to clients.”
