Prospecting software firm Prospector Pro’s platform now integrates with Stitch AI in a bid to improve how agents communicate with clients and prospects.

The new integration allows agents to harness WhatsApp’s efficiency and ease of use after every call, automate messages to any unanswered calls through WhatsApp, pre-set message templates and portal lead automation.

John Paul, founder of Prospector Pro, said: “Following a recent survey we carried out, WhatsApp was named by landlords and sellers as the second most popular contact method, with a telephone call being the first.

“With around 50% of outbound prospecting calls going unanswered, Stitch AI’s WhatsApp features mean agents can now ensure they never miss opportunities and can engage leads more effectively.

“Combined with its customisable templates and automation, this is set to transform prospecting in the property industry. I know from the experience of running a multi-office agency that time is money. This integration with Stitch AI saves ensures agencies use their prospecting time more efficiently, which will help them make more money.”

He added: “Other benefits are having a shared team inbox, making it easier than ever for colleagues to follow up on each other’s calls.

Paul Gander, founder of Stitch AI, said: “With this integration, agents not only save time but significantly increase their chances of engagement. 97 % of WhatsApp messages are opened, which dwarfs any other medium. Automating follow-ups and leveraging WhatsApp’s near-instant response rates give agents a big advantage in today’s ultra-competitive property market. We’re excited about what the future will bring.”
