Well-established estate agency expands with new branch opening – London Wallet

Roger Parry and Partners has announced the opening of a new office in the market town of Oswestry, Shropshire.

The new branch, located at 23 Church Street, Oswestry, SY11, is the estate agency’s third office – complimenting the other two sites located in Shrewsbury and Welshpool.

As well as covering the residential property market, Roger Parry and Partners, which was established in 1981, also have a strong presence in the agricultural and commercial sectors, along with planning and development, with dedicated teams in those divisions.

Local managing partner of Roger Parry and Partners, Richard Corbett, has worked for the firm for over 20 years and felt that now is the right time to expand the business.

He said: “I was selective with the location; our location at 23 Church Street is fabulous, we are now in such a prominent position in the heart of the town centre, and it gets so much footfall.”
