Housing market reform needed, says major estate agency boss – London Wallet

Brockenhurst Estate Agents has announced that it will open a new office in Chineham Shopping Centre in Basingstoke later this month

The opening will mark the seventh branch location for the family-owned estate agency, which has six other offices in Overton, Oakley, Ludgershall, Whitchurch, South Ham and Andover.

The company launched in 1999 in Andover, before expanding across other areas of North Hampshire and East Wiltshire.

The new branch was strategically chosen, as it will help the agency better serve the community, according to Sarah Allen, an associate director at Brockenhurst.

“The reality for us is that we can serve the local clients better,” she said. “We’re really excited about getting involved with clients in and around Chineham, and getting stuck in to serve the community.”

Director Matt Griffiths added: “We are an independent business, working in local teams that understand the area and the clients.

“We are really excited to be opening a new office in Chineham Shopping Centre, to ensure we can attend to our customers’ needs and provide them with a great experience.”
