Zoopla has launched a brand new social media video series ‘Show Me a House’, giving agents the opportunity to showcase unique or viral listings on their books to a wider audience.

Hosted by comedian and presenter Farah Sharp, the series seeks to reinvent the traditional house tour, delivering entertainment-first property content to fresh audiences across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Throughout the series, Sharp and the Zoopla team will travel around the UK to meet local agents and find the nation’s most interesting property listings, helping agents to showcase a property’s unique selling points and drive additional interest in the listing as a result.

Three episodes of the series are already live, attracting more than 70,000 views across social media channels including TikTok and Instagram.

Episode one features Hamptons estate agent Mark Breffit, who showcased the viral ‘bank robber’ pink house on sale in Notting Hill for £1.25m and benefits from a unique rooftop terrace and a modern interior. Meanwhile, episode two features Simon Stone from Unique Property Company who shows Sharp around a historic tiny home in London that’s just seven feet wide.

Breffit commented: “I had a great day teaming up with Farah and collaborating with the Zoopla team. It’s exciting to be part of a project that not only gives a behind the scenes look at some of the best houses on the market, but also showcases the human side of estate agency.

“At Hamptons, we’re always looking for fresh and innovative ways to showcase our properties and collaborating with Zoopla on ‘Show Me a House’ is a fantastic opportunity to do just that. By bringing our unique listings to new audiences across social media, we can engage house hunters in a way that’s entertaining, informative, and highly shareable.”

Zoopla says is on the hunt for more unique properties to feature in season one, and agents interested in submitting a property for consideration can fill in this form.

Joby Russell, VP of marketing at Zoopla, commented: “We’re delighted to launch ‘Show Me a House’, a series that not only highlights some of the quirky listings we have on the Zoopla site, but also delves into the passionate agents and intriguing stories behind their front doors. For agents with unique homes, this is a fantastic opportunity to boost the reach of their listings and generate more interest from prospective buyers.”
