Radhika Bedford joins Harding Green as a partner

Radhika Bedford has joined Harding Green as a partner.

Bedford, who has enjoyed a 16-year career at Cluttons and Berkeley Group, where she was head of sales, will now focus on the market in Putney and the surrounding areas.”

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty hire new sales director

Josh Ratcliffe

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Josh Ratcliffe as a senior sales director.

Ratcliffe, who has a decade of experience working as an estate agent in Notting Hill, also covered Kensington, Holland Park and Bayswater.

He is said to have a global client list including renowned leaders across business, sports and entertainment.

Ratcliffe said: “I look forward to leveraging and expanding my network to achieve outstanding results at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.”

 

Gleeson Homes makes strategic hire with new group construction manager

Andrew Wilson

Gleeson Homes has appointed Andrew Wilson as its new group construction manager.

Bringing over two decades of industry experience to the role, Wilson has held senior construction roles at several housebuilders, including North Country Homes, Avant Homes and most recently, Redrow, where he was area construction Manager for its Yorkshire region.

As group construction manager, Wilson will be supporting Gleeson’s group construction director and regional construction teams to deliver on key business objectives. This will include the adoption and standardisation of best practices on site for safety, quality and customer service.

Wilson will also work with other functions of the business, such as health and safety, customer care, learning and development, sales, commercial and technical.

Wilson commented: “Gleeson has a clear and unique vision, with a focus on delivering high-quality homes that are affordable for everyone. My new role presents a fantastic opportunity to help the business deliver on this commitment by ensuring we raise standards and deliver the highest quality and service for our customers, every time.”

Mark Knight, chief executive at Gleeson Homes, added: “Andrew has a strong track record of delivering excellence in build, quality, and customer satisfaction, making him a fantastic fit for our business.
