Savills has expanded its super prime lettings operation beyond London with the formation of a national team to handle the top end of the rental market.

The move comes amid rising demand for high-value rental properties in areas including the commuter belt, the Cotswolds, and the north of England.

The new team is headed by Isabella Birch Reynardson and the expanded department will work closely with Savills’ private office and sports media & entertainment teams to provide tailored services for clients including high-net-worth individuals, relocating professionals, and those seeking weekend or pied-à-terre properties.

As part of the expansion, Savills has appointed Stevie Walmesley to lead its super prime lettings business in north London. Walmesley joins as director from DDRE, having previously spent around ten years with Knight Frank, where she specialised in high-end lettings and was part of its private office.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Walmesley will work closely with colleagues covering super prime markets across the capital, from south west London to central locations.

Amelia Greene, head of UK lettings at Savills, said: “Our super prime lettings department continues to go from strength to strength and this expansion marks an exciting next chapter for our residential lettings business at Savills.

“Stevie is an important hire for us and her excellent track record and market credentials will benefit both our clients and the wider team. We look forward to being able to advise high and ultra high net worth clients in all key areas, supported by experts whose local knowledge can help achieve our clients’ goals.”

Isabella Birch Reynardson, now head of super prime lettings at Savills, said: “The profile and needs of our clients continues to evolve and it is essential that we are able to service them through one specialist department.

“Through our expanded team, we are now a full-scale operation able to guide our clients through the entire letting journey wherever and whatever their rental requirements in the UK might be, delivering a bespoke and discrete service every time.”
