New figures from Rightmove show that 70% of estate and letting agency branches are now using the Rightmove Hub, its insights and training platform.

The figure is up from 56% of branches in 2023.

The Hub, which was launched ten years ago and has since been revamped, offers resources including training courses, compliance guidance and market insights. It was expanded following feedback from agents seeking more support to navigate changes in legislation and market developments.

The platform includes an Ofqual-regulated and Propertymark-approved CELA (Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents) qualification, along with CPD-approved training courses on topics such as anti-money laundering and data protection. Training courses and qualifications are included in all membership packages, and a tool called Teams View allows agencies to manage and monitor staff training.

Rightmove said it has designed resources for all experience levels, and a new Renters’ Rights training course is planned and is now open for pre-registration.

Jason Charles, head of events and education at Rightmove, said: “Reaching 70% adoption of the Rightmove Hub is a testament to our commitment to supporting agents at every level. The Hub’s comprehensive resources and expert-led training are designed to empower agents with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in a dynamic market.

“We’re thrilled to see such strong engagement and will continue to evolve the platform to meet the industry’s growing needs.”
