Next week will see the launch of Elite Consultancy Group – a new residential lettings and property management consultancy.

The new Oxfordshire-based business – which is officially launching on 1 February – is a joint enterprise by Ben Stokes and Michael Skeath, who formerly worked for Buckinghamshire-based JNP (part of the LSL Property Group) as lettings director and lettings manager respectively. The two directors/co-founders said they are aiming to support the industry in all-round lettings consultancy, audit and due diligence audit.

“Michael and I are really excited about the launch of Elite Consultancy Group,” Stokes told London Wallet. “Having both worked in the residential lettings and property management world for over 30 years combined, we are both passionate about working within the industry and helping improve standards but are looking forward to the challenge of now using our skills and experience to help others grow, develop and succeed.

“With our network within the industry we have been fortunate to build great working relationships which has helped get the business off the ground.”

Elite will be offering services including operational and regulatory due diligence, pre-exit deep dive auditing, internal auditing and business doctor consultancy.

“The private rental sector has been through so much change in recent years and agents have had to adapt and change as necessary, but many that we speak to are still in need of assistance to get their lettings departments firing on all cylinders and maximise both customer service and the business opportunity,” Stokes added.
