A new property search platform has launched across the UK, aiming to transform the way buyers discover homes – and give estate agents a powerful new way to market their listings.
The Property DriveBuy app provides a fully geo-located, real-time property discovery tool. It enables buyers to see available homes for sale as they physically pass them, alerting them instantly with photos, floor plans, and video tours on their device.
The Property DriveBuy automatically surfaces relevant properties they might never have considered.
For agents, the benefits are equally clear, with the platform compatible with existing CRM software – including Reapit, Loop, Street and Alto.
An international roll-out is planned following the UK launch.
