The High Court judge who ruled the migrant hotel in Epping can remain open to house illegal migrants has been reported over his “apparent bias” for being a Labour leftie.
Lord Justice Bean who has been compared to the comic character Mr Bean delivered his verdict on Friday afternoon overturning the initial injunction to close the hotel to migrants.
Mr Bean was sat with two other judges who have also been accused of being Labour lefties ruled in favour of Keir Starmer and Yvette Cooper the Home Secretary.
Mr Bean one of the founding members of the Matrix Chambers with Cherie Blais and Lord Hermer, he also was the chairman of the socialist Fabian Society from 1989 to 1990 which works alongside with Labour.
It has also been reported that Mr Bean served as a treasurer for the Society of Labour Lawyers which provides policy and legal advice to Labour.

Barrister Steven Barrett has referred Mr Bean to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) who supports the Lord Chancellor and the Lady Chief Justice who are responsible for judicial discipline.
Barrett said that Lord Justice Bean “should not have heard the Bell Hotel appeal,” therefore made the complaint to the JCIO on Thursday, he cited “public trust and confidence in the judiciary.”
Following the High Courts ruling on Friday Barrett wrote, “’I highlighted this issue before the judgment – because it was an issue already.
“It is far more of an issue now.
“The issue is apparent bias – not actual bias.
“Justice must be seen to be being done.”

Nigel Farage has blasted the High Court’s ruling allowing “illegal migrants” to continue to stay at the Bell Hotel in Epping.
The Home Office suggested on Friday at the High Court that the “human right of migrants by putting them in hotels outweighs the safety concerns of local families.”
Chaos will no doubt break out across the UK as the decision will open the flood gates even further as more illegal migrants will now paddle like the clappers to get into Britain.
The Home Office played the human rights card as lawyers argued that the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) takes precedent over taxpaying residents in towns and cities across the UK.
This ruling and the Home Office arguments put forward will anger people even further as tempers are reaching boiling point, many people are warning that this is far from over.
The Reform UK leader is furious and slammed Labour as they have used “ECHR against the people of Epping.”
Farage raged, “Illegal migrants have more rights than the British people under Starmer.”
The deputy Reform leader Richard Tice said that the Hough Court judges and Labour have taken the side of “illegal migrants against British people,” he added, “Only Reform UK can be trusted to end this insanity.”
