A new estate agency has launched in Nottingham by directors and experienced agents Tom Moult, Chris Hibbert and Kevin Marsh.

Based in Calverton, NG14, Ashford & Moult will cover Nottingham, Arnold and the surrounding Nottinghamshire areas.

Commenting on the agency’s website, Marsh said: “From local lettings to residential sales, our mission is simple: to offer an honest, personal service rooted in local knowledge and integrity.

“Thank you to everyone who popped in, wished us well, or sent their support. The turnout on opening day was incredible, and we’re truly grateful for the warm welcome.”

The new estate agency says it sees technology as crucial to breaking in to the local property market, and has opted for Alto as its main property software provider.

Moult commented: “Starting a new agency is tough enough. We knew from the off we needed a system we could trust.”

“Alto had everything we needed from day one, allowing us to generate high-quality AI-powered property descriptions, and ensure all client communications are logged and transparent,” he added.
