Zoopla is launching a new marketing campaign across London today claiming to be the capital’s leading property website by number of listings.

The portal highlights independent research measured by 1Digit that shows Zoopla has, on average, more property listings in London than other major portals. It also reports 54% spontaneous brand awareness among Londoners looking to sell their home.

The campaign includes 100 Zoopla-branded taxis across the city, featuring messaging around the volume of homes listed on the platform. This will be supported by out-of-home advertising in major commuter hubs and stations including London Bridge, Charing Cross, Blackfriars, Waterloo, and Victoria.

In addition to promoting its listings presence, the campaign also references Zoopla’s role in property valuations, with 67% of surveyed consumers naming it as their first choice for valuation services³.

The marketing campaign will include regional advertising in areas such as Milton Keynes, Guildford, Reading, Portsmouth, and Oxford, where messaging will focus on agent expertise.

Digital advertising will also run across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, and Google, targeting people planning to move. The campaign aims to generate seller leads for estate agents and support visibility in key markets.

Joby Russell, VP of marketing at Zoopla said: “Zoopla has a leading position in London and with this campaign in the capital, we’re doubling down to drive motivated movers to find their next home on Zoopla and connecting these buyers to our agents and housebuilders.

“Across the South East, we’re also tailoring our activity to drive high-quality vendor volumes for local agents, to help deliver a great return on investment for customers as their essential marketing partner.”
