The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a new Marketing Pack Service to help its members promote listings through both print and digital channels.

The packs are available in three tiers and include professional photography, floor plans, drone footage, and video content, provided in partnership with Focal Agent. Each pack also features a social media campaign tool to extend online visibility.

Properties marketed through the service will also receive premium exposure via Residence, The Guild’s new UK-wide property magazine, aimed particularly at higher-value listings.

“The Guild Marketing Packs are more than just marketing assets, they are a way for our Members to demonstrate their expertise, build stronger client relationships, and showcase why they are different from competitors,” said Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals. “In today’s market, it’s not just about listing a property, it’s about creating impact, attracting the right buyers, and proving value. These packs give our Members the edge they need.”

The packs are designed to be straightforward and flexible. Through the Members Hub, users can order, customise, and track their marketing activity. An integrated template editor allows quick creation and editing of materials, while Stripe payment integration enables vendors to pay for their selected marketing pack upfront if they wish.

McKenzie added: “The Guild Marketing Packs are another resource that our Members can use to help them secure more listings, increase visibility for their clients, and grow their business in an era where differentiation and reach are everything.”

By combining digital campaigns with professional marketing materials, the initiative aims to support members in promoting listings effectively and maintaining a strong presence in a competitive market.
