More than 220 member companies have registered their interest in Guild 365, the Guild of Property Professionals’ new AML and consumer onboarding platform.

Some 91 branches are now live or in the process of onboarding, with 52 currently using the system. Uptake increased in July, with an average of one new branch going live each working day.

Developed in partnership with TPS Group, Guild 365 is designed to simplify client verification and compliance processes for member agents.

Paul Offley, compliance officer at The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “Part of our proposition is to offer our members solutions to everyday estate agency activities, and completing AML checks on sellers and buyers is a prime example. We have three suppliers who we work with, and I’m delighted to hear the excellent response to Guild 365 and how easy this is to use for both agents and their clients.”

He continued: “A third-party AML provider reduces compliance risk, saves time, improves client onboarding, and strengthens an estate agency’s reputation, in addition to allowing the team to focus on sales and lettings activities.”

The platform offers a comprehensive suite of features, including AI-powered identity verification, automated Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and Sanctions checks, Source of Funds verification via Open Banking, and secure document sharing, a single dashboard.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, commented: “The rapid adoption of Guild 365 is a testament to the real-world challenges our Members face and their trust in the solutions we provide. Our goal is always to empower our network with tools that not only ensure compliance but also create tangible efficiencies, allowing them to focus on what they do best – selling and letting properties. The positive feedback and strong uptake confirm that Guild 365 is delivering on that promise, and we’re thrilled to see so many Members benefiting from its capabilities.”

Craig Campbell, MD of TPS Group, added: “Guild 365 has been built from the ground up to make life easier for agents and their clients. It brings together everything they need to complete AML and onboarding in one simple, smart platform, cutting admin, improving accuracy, and giving agents confidence that compliance is being handled properly. It’s great to see so many Guild Members embracing the technology so quickly, and this is only the start of what’s to come.”
