Parents of boy hit by train slam finding he was distracted using phone

• Jaiden Shehata, 11, died when he was hit by a train at a level crossing in south London

• Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) report concluded that Jaiden was probably distracted by his mobile phone

• Jaiden’s parents are angry at that finding, saying a lack of safety improvements at the crossing meant it was ‘an accident waiting to happen’
