The UK’s first hybrid commercial estate agency, Whozoo, has been launched.

Founded by Tom Castro, former director of City & Counties Commercial, Whozoo aims to adopt a new approach to commercial property sales and lettings.

Agents working for Whozoo, which is focussed specifically on the SME commercial and development market, have the chance to earn up to 70% commission, while working remotely. Agents also have access to a central team responsible for overseeing systems, processes and strategies.

Castro commented: “I’m incredibly excited to launch Whozoo and very much look forward to welcoming our new agents to the team. It’s not uncommon for people to overlook the huge untapped potential of the low to mid-market – or as we call it the SME commercial and development market. If you visit any town or city in the UK, there’s empty shops, boarded up buildings and a distinct lack of good quality agents available to deal with them. Our aim is to change that.

“By embracing the digital revolution, we will not only give talented agents greater freedom and flexibility – allowing them to manage their own career and life, we can also help them to earn significantly more money. We’ve created a model that bridges the gap between full employment and running your own business. You have the freedom to operate however you choose, the potential to earn good money and the full time support of experienced research, marketing and operations teams.”
