Here are Tuesday’s biggest calls on Wall Street: Morgan Stanley initiates Danaher as overweight Morgan Stanley named the life sciences company a top pick in 2026 and said it sees durable growth. “Despite recent pressure, we believe DHR’s end market exposure should allow for long-term durable revenue growth.” Rosenblatt initiates OneStream as buy Rosenblatt said the software company has growing margins. ” OneStream is a provider of software to the Office of the CFO, with leading products across financial close, consolidation, reporting, and planning, enabling it to win share from a large existing legacy base.” Rosenblatt initiates BlackLine as buy Rosenblatt said it sees more upside in shares of the software company. “We believe BlackLine has done the work on multiple fronts to drive durable success and thus deliver accelerating growth and expanding margins.” Jefferies initiates Kinetik Holdings as buy Jefferies said the Permian midstream company is an M & A candidate. “KNTK is one of the more compelling M & A targets in Midstream.” BTIG initiates D.R. Horton as buy After a change in analyst coverage the firm says the homebuilder is a top idea. “We are assuming coverage of D.R. Horton with a Buy rating and $186 PT. We believe DHI’s spec production model, deep local market share, broad geographic footprint, and land-light balance sheet can drive earnings and ROE outperformance through the cycle.” Citi reiterates Nvidia and Synopsis as buy Citi said it’s bullish on Synopsis partnership with Nvidia. “Yesterday morning, NVDA invested $2.0 billion in SNPS at $414.79 per share (~2.6% stake) in a multi-year partnership to drive a migration from CPU-based simulation workloads to GPU’s.” Wells Fargo reiterates Amazon as overweight Wells raised its price target on Amazon to $295 per share from $292. “Should cloud industry supply constraints sustain, see mgmt expectation for doubling AWS capacity by ’27 supporting multi-qtr revenue acceleration. Estimate new capacity could add $150B in annual revenue, driving material upside pot’l to ’27/’28 ests.” Truist upgrades Six Flags to buy from hold The firm upgraded Six Flags and says it sees a host of positive catalysts ahead for the theme park company. “1) The new CEO, with significant experience in theme park operations, sounds promising; 2) The clear acknowledgment on the most recent earnings call that action needs to be taken to shed underperforming parks and seemingly a greater sense of urgency to do so is encouraging.” Morgan Stanley initiates Solaris Energy Infrastructure as overweight Morgan Stanley said the energy company is well positioned. ” Solaris provides onsite power for data centers, enabling faster time to power by avoiding electric grid bottlenecks.” Barclays initiates Cloudflare as overweight Barclays said it sees a slew of positive catalysts for the cyber security company. “We are initiating at OW rating for 3 reasons: (1) NET supports 20% of the internet across 4 Acts, levered to cloud adoption, cybersecurity, AI inference, and no-click search; (2) Acts 1-3 compete in big markets and NET is taking share; (3) this drives 27-30% growth through FY28 and premium valuation.” Barclays initiates CBRE as overweight Barclays said the real estate company is “best positioned to outperform.” “The company has the largest and most diversified CRE services platform. As such, we believe CBRE is best positioned to capture TAM and aggressive recruiting/talent retention is not necessary to maintain market leadership.” Bank of America reiterates Eli Lilly as buy The firm raised its price target to $1,286 per share from $950. “Eli Lilly continues to be solidly in first place in the large obesity and diabetes market with its current GLP1 franchise, Zepbound/Mounjaro (tirzepatide).” Read more. Wells Fargo initiates California Resources and Tamboran Resources as overweight Wells said both energy companies are “unique.” “We have observed Energy investor demand for idiosyncratic, uncorrelated, and catalyst-rich stocks. In that vein, we launch OW on CRC and TBN , both possessing unique asset mix and several catalysts lined up for 2026.” KeyBanc initiates Texas Pacific Land as overweight KeyBanc said it’s bullish on the Texas real estate company. ” TPL’s $20B market cap, its pristine balance sheet, its 137- year history in Texas, its 882,000 surface acre footprint, and its status as an S & P 500 constituent are all favorable advantages in the competitive west Texas landscape.” Read more. TD Cowen upgrades Darling Ingredients to buy from hold TD Cowen said it sees a margin inflection. “DAR occupies a unique market position as the only global ingredients company with products principally from animal-origin materials.” TD Cowen names Advanced Micro Devices a top pick TD Cowen said the stock is well positioned heading into 2026. “Despite appropriate concerns, we believe AI compute spending will prove durable and AMD has cemented itself as a winner.” Evercore ISI reiterates Meta as outperform The firm said Meta’s WhatsApp has “monetization potential.” “We believe WhatsApp can become for META a 40×30 segment – one that can generate $40B in revenue by 2030 or 10% of total revenue, generating approx. $20B in operating income and $7.15 in EPS that year.” Wolfe reiterates Micron as outperform Wolfe raised its price target on Micron to $300 per share from $200. “We raise our MU estimates for NovQ/FebQ and out years, to reflect better than expected pricing trends, driven by better server demand and stability in handset/PC.” Bernstein reiterates Apple as outperform The firm said its checks show Apple’s iPhone sales remain robust. “Strong iPhone 17 sales continued into October. Apple achieved its highest-ever single-month market share in October, reaching 24.2%, as unit sales increased 30% MoM / 12% YoY fueled by robust sales in both China and the US.” Morgan Stanley upgrades Bausch & Lomb to overweight from equal weight Morgan Stanley said the ophthalmology company is well positioned heading into 2026. “We’ve also upgraded BLCO to Overweight and believe that it has the strongest pipeline within ophthalmology and represents up to a $7B/year opportunity” UBS initiates Liberty Energy as buy UBS said shares of the energy company have plenty more room to run. “We are Buy Rated on LBRT. Our positive outlook is driven by LBRT’s growing distributed power offering through Liberty Power Innovations (LPI).” Stifel upgrades Teradyne to buy from hold Stifel said the stock has AI optionality. “Upgrading Teradyne to Buy: Narrative shift, revenue shift, and+optionality in AI compute too important to ignore”
