Former Property Academy managing director Danielle Nash has launched a new consultancy business dedicated to supporting estate agents.
The new venture, Diomed Consulting, will work with estate agents and industry suppliers on operational improvements, strategic planning, business challenges, and event delivery.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior roles at Property Academy Nash wanst to use her experience to support estate agents.
She said: “Specialists play an important role, but today’s businesses often need someone who can see the whole picture.
“Bringing in external support makes it easier to spot gaps that owners and directors, who know their companies inside out, can understandably miss.
“It also helps businesses move quickly, delivering key projects without lengthy recruitment processes or additional overheads, and that’s the space Diomed Consulting aims to fill.”
Nash added, “Today’s market has made efficiency a priority. Many organisations are trimming overheads while facing ever-higher demands for strategic clarity, operational rigour, and high-quality delivery.
