The EA Directors Club dinner, hosted by Matt and Neil Baldock, who own and operate Essex-based estate agency Charles David Casson, will return for its fourth year in 2026.
The dinners, which will take place bi monthly starting on the 15 January, are held at the Marble Arch Hotel are for active sales and letting agents – including property managers – with the promise of ‘no sales, no supplies and no speeches’.
Matt Baldock said:” The Dinner just started as a lets see what happens idea, and what has happened is we’ve created a real community of forward thinking agents who have a safe space, both physically and in our WhatsApp group where they can share their wins and their troubles without the fear of being pitched to.”
Neil added: “Whilst we were originally called the Directors Dinner, we changed in 2025 to The Estate Agents Dinner to be more inclusive as we think employed agents could benefit from being in the room. As long as you are actively involved in selling or letting properties then you are welcome, regardless if employed, self employed, high street or hybrid.”
