Moneypenny has announced a new integration with Reapit, a provider of property software, designed to support estate and letting agents by improving how enquiries are recorded and managed.
The integration enables Moneypenny to create new leads, create new contacts, and update existing contacts directly within Reapit. It applies across Moneypenny’s Call and Live Chat services, as well as its AI Receptionist.
By connecting with Reapit, enquiries handled by Moneypenny are logged in real time, with a view to reducing the need for manual data entry and allowing agents to access up-to-date contact information more quickly.
Calls and chats handled by Moneypenny can be recorded automatically in Reapit, helping property businesses maintain accurate CRM records and visibility across their teams.
