OnTheMarket Software has announced the integration of Finch, a new digital e-signature and “intelligent form” solution, to its TecLet lettings and management platform.
With the integration of Finch, electronically signed documents will be held within the TecLet platform’s document centre. In addition, documents can be automatically distributed when changing a landlord or tenant, and there is the facility to void and resend agreements.
The integration will also allow prescribed information to be automatically sent as part of the Deposit Payment workflow.
Existing Finch users can continue to use their account and organise for it to be operated via the TecLet platform and API. A range of features are included free of charge within the TecLet platform, with further Finch functionality available at an additional cost.
