The Able Agent has launched a new white label training platform, enabling estate and letting agents to build training to suit all their requirements.

The online property training and qualifications provider has created a platform that allows agents to access all Able Agent training modules, covering areas including qualifications, sales skills, induction, expert legal and compliance content, as well as adding their own bespoke and branded course collateral.

Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, co-founder and director of The Able Agent, said: “We are very excited to debut our breakthrough white label training offering. It comes after many months of development, and working closely with industry experts to gauge valid feedback on the type of training they would like to deliver.

“The platform should be particularly compelling for larger agencies seeking to add in their own branded course content, in order to create a high-quality and blended mixture of learning for their staff.

“We are keen for it to be the underpinning training resource for the industry. Training is firmly on the agenda when it comes to raising industry standards, and I believe it should now be part of the daily flow of business rather than time out of the office or attending set webinars.

“Its focus should be centred around upskilling agents to support staff recruitment and retention, which is currently a huge issue for the industry.  We want to empower agents to grow their business by having expert teams, supported by relevant industry and company training.”

The Able Agent team is also in discussions with industry suppliers keen to host their content on the new platform in order for it to be made accessible to a wider pool of agents, with a  view to improving product use and customer retention.

Lee Daymond, technical director at The Able Agent, added: “The white-label platform allows business owners to design bespoke training to suit their needs in a simple-to-use format, using their own branding. They are able to select the most relevant areas to them, and – at the same time – be reassured that the basics are already well covered.

“We are currently in discussions with a number of agents for go live projects in the coming weeks.”
