The summer transfer window is only hours from opening and all of Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are expected to be busy. The Gunners are now seemingly close to the £100m signing of top target Declan Rice after seemingly winning the battle to sign the West Ham captain, who was also linked with Chelsea.
The Blues, meanwhile, reportedly have a midfield target of their own.
