The transfer window is now open and all of Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are likely to be busy. The Gunners have made their move for top target Declan Rice and are now chasing a deal to sign Kai Havertz from rivals Chelsea in an eye-catching start to the summer trading period.

The Blues, meanwhile, are in talks to sign Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson and have received a boost in their pursuit of a new midfielder. Brighton star Moises Caicedo is strongly linked with all of the big clubs around but is believed to favour a move to Stamford Bridge, where Mauricio Pochettino is also keen to bring Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana.

It seems the Qatari takeover of Manchester United is edging closer.

Now, the Red Devils could be set to spend big.

According to the Daily Telegraph, United are to enter the race to sign Declan Rice after Arsenal had a bid rejected.

Tottenham leading race to sign James Maddison

Both Tottenham and Newcastle have been strongly linked with a move for Leicester City playmaker James Maddison.

With the Foxes in the Championship, the England international is expected to leave.

While the Toon can offer Champions League football, it is Spurs who reportedly lead the race.

According to transfer insider Dean Jones, Spurs are in a “good position” to sign Maddison.

Chelsea close to signing Moises Caicedo

It could be a case of one in, one out a Chelsea.

According to Sky Sport Germany, the club have agreed personal terms with Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

It is claimed final talks with the Seagulls will soon take place and the move is now expected.

Kai Havertz agrees Arsenal transfer

It’s a big one to start us off this morning!

According to Fabrizo Romano, Chelsea forward Kai Havertz has agreed a move to Arsenal.

The German international is keen on a move to the Emirates Stadium in what would be one of the biggest inter-Premier League transfers possible.

Chelsea, however, are yet to sanction his exit as the clubs have not agreed a fee.

Kieran Tierney move set to advance

Newcastle will launch their bid to sign Kieran Tierney later this month.

Aston Villa and Manchester City are also reportedly watching the Arsenal man’s situation after he fell out of favour under Mikel Arteta.

Football Insider state that Tierney is keen on the move and that talks will ramp up in the coming weeks.

Aston Villa are leading the race to sign former Chelsea forward Joao Felix.

The Portuguese striker is thought to be unlikely to return to west London following his loan spell from Atletico Madrid.

A chunky fee is being demanded for Felix and yet TMW report on Villa being capable of getting to the negotiating table.

Roma chief Tiago Pinto has been in London today, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Roger Ibanez is the talk of the town as both West Ham and Tottenham try to seal the defender’s signature.

The Italians want £25m but are reportedly ready to accept a lower fee with add-ons.

Arsenal one step closer to Ilkay Gundogan deal

Arsenal have received a boost in their efforts to sign Ilkay Gundogan.

Bild claim that Borussia Dortmund have pulled out of the running to re-sign the midfielder, in what would have been a potential replacement for Jude Bellingham.

Barcelona remain strong rivals in Arsenal’s bid while Gundogan could yet sign a renewal with Manchester City, ahead of his contract expiring this month.

Inter Milan are ready to challenge Tottenham in the race for David Raya.

Manchester United also want the Brentford goalkeeper, rated at £40m by the Bees.

The Spaniard’s next destination could be tied to Andre Onana’s future, as he is said by The Guardian to be the shot-stopper’s ideal replacement should Chelsea or United sign him.

Declan Rice to ignore David Moyes’ wish

David Moyes wants Declan Rice to sign for Chelsea.

That is according to The Sun, with the West Ham boss wanting Conor Gallagher in a player-plus-cash deal for his star midfielder.

However, Rice has no interest in making such a move and is set to sign for Arsenal once the two clubs agree a fee.
