Visa Inc.
V,
-1.07%
has named Chris Suh its next chief financial officer, with plans for him to succeed Vasant Prabhu, who previously announced his intent to step down. Suh brings experience serving as the CFO of Electronic Arts Inc. He’ll be Visa’s CFO Designate from July 10 to Aug. 1, after which he’ll take over the CFO position formally. Prabhu will leave the company Sept. 30 after helping with the transition. Suh’s ” deep experience in finance and technology, plus his leadership in growing and scaling businesses, will be extraordinarily valuable to us as we continue to drive growth and better serve our clients around the world,” Visa Chief Executive Ryan McInerney said Tuesday in a release.
