American Express Co. AXP Chief Financial Officer Jeff Campbell plans to retire, and he’ll be succeeded by his deputy, the card giant announced Tuesday. Campbell will leave the CFO post Aug. 14, 2023, and Christophe Le Caillec, the company’s deputy CFO, will assume the top finance position at that time.
