Propertynest has been confirmed as an emerging British Franchise Association (BFA) member.

BFA members commit to running an ethical, standards based business and assessment follows a rigorous collaborative process between franchisors and the BFA’s team of accredited advisors.

Propertynest offers agents what it says is a ‘low risk, high reward’ franchise opportunity to ‘build a successful business in our sector’.

Franchisees will also have access to comprehensive systems, marketing, training, and support, including access to listing properties on the major property portals, alongside other marketing strategies.

Propertynest offers franchisees access to a centralised support system that handles administrative tasks, such as accounting, billing, record-keeping, and other tasks.

Vincent Anthony, founder and MD of Propertynest, said: “The BFA has 40 years’ experience working with franchise organisations to ensure the highest ethical standards to make sure everyone is treated fairly. We are proud to now have been accepted as an emerging member as we continue to expand our own franchised estate agency operation across the UK.

“The assessment process was necessarily detailed and thorough, and this gives peace of mind for any prospective franchisee that our training, processes and procedures have been fully evaluated. As an owner-managed franchise, we are invested in the success of all of our franchisees and look forward to continuing to expand ethically, working for the best outcome for everyone involved with Propertynest.”
