State Street stock down 11% in largest single-day drop in more than three years

If the stock closes at that level, it will be the lowest close since May 31, 2023, when it closed at $68.02, according to Dow Jones Market Data. It’s also the largest single-day percentage decrease since March 16, 2020, when it fell 18.93%. the drop snaps a five day winning streak for the stock. Earlier, State Street reported second-quarter revenue that fell short of estimates.
