Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned Hezbollah there will be “unimaginable devastation” in Lebanon should they enter the war with Hamas.
Speaking to Israeli forces Netanyahu said he cannot tell them “right now if Hezbollah will decide to enter the war fully.”
The Israeli Prime Minister made reference the 2006 war and warned, “If Hezbollah decides to enter the war, it will long for the Second Lebanon War.
“It will be making the mistake of its life. We will strike it with strength that it cannot even imagine and the significance to it and to the country of Lebanon will be devastating.”

Netanyahu told Israeli soldiers, “I know that you lost friends, and it’s a very difficult thing, but we are in the fight of our life, a fight for our home.
“That’s not an exaggeration, it’s not an overstatement, that’s this war. It is kill or be killed, and they need to be killed.”
The British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that leaders in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Israel have agreed, “we need to do everything possible” to prevent the spread of the war in the Middle East.
Last Thursday the Israeli Defence Minister has warned his army that the Lebanese militant group are “10 times stronger than Hamas.”
Gallant said this in a closed meeting with senior government officials, Israeli broadcaster KAN reported.
The Israeli military are building up troops in northern Israel as they are preparing for war on two fronts with the Lebanese militia group Hezbollah and Hamas in southern Israel.
Kan reported, “As part of the preparations for the expansion of fighting in the northern sector, the IDF has been working in recent days to establish a field hospital in the Galilee region that will be able to receive casualties in the event of an escalation.”
