Today’s Agents MVMT podcast ‘Pass the Syrup’, presented by Ben Madden, features Chris Thew of Mishon Mackay and Ross D’Aniello of Chartwell Nobel.

In this episode guests discuss how agents navigated 2023, and in particular look at Christopher Watkins recent social media content, which pointed to only 40% agents listing more than an average of four homes for sale per month. Is the world of agency changing? Is the growth of the self-employed agent impacting volumes? And what does a changing landscape mean for the traditional, high-street agency.

Guests also discuss the importance of health, and how the physical can greatly impact the mental, and in turn, hugely benefit business.

As always, funny stories are shared along with contributions from Sam Offley of Agents Together, and Chris Watkins make his regular appearance.

If you would like to take part in the Agents MVMT initiative, provide a feature or be a guest on the podcast, contact Ben Madden directly at ben.madden@fineandcountry.com.
