The Finnish President Alexander Stubb said on Sunday at the Munich Security Conference that the EU needs a special envoy to Ukraine in the peace talks to prevent being cut out of the negotiations, to do something similar to what was done in Kosovo.

Stubb, who is now the new European special envoy, said, “If there is a negotiating table, I think we need to do something similar to what was done in Kosovo. Europe needs to have a special envoy.
“”And then, a deputy envoy, who is on the level of Kellogg, (Steve) Witkoff, (Andriy) Yermak, or (Yuriy) Ushakov.”
