Alto and Inventory Base have agreed a strategic partnership designed to improve property managers daily workflows.

The new integration aims to offer real-time synchronisation of key property data, tenant information, and inspection reports.

Property details can be automatically updated across platforms, with managers able to import multiple units in bulk, with new property data updated instantly to ensure information is accurate and in sync.

“We’re thrilled to announce our integration with Inventory Base, which marks a major milestone in our ambition to simplify property management workflows,” said Tara Lynch, head of product at Alto. “We’re giving property managers the tools they need to be more efficient and deliver top-tier service without compromising data security.”

Alto also hopes that Inventory Base’s rapid-fire camera feature, which allows agents to produce branded images, will also appeal to potential and existing customers signed up to the platform.

Steve Rad, CEO of Inventory Base, commented . “Together, we’re driving the next wave of innovation in the industry, giving our users the tools to work smarter, not harder.”
