The Alto estate agency software, part of Houseful, has rolled out a new AI-powered smart tool to simplify creating property descriptions for agents.

The smart tool, which is free for all Alto users, generates content which is relevant to the property using AI, and also allows agents to highlight key features of their choice that could appeal to potential buyers such as local schools, mature gardens or transport links.

Houseful says that the tool has received an overwhelmingly positive response from agents since it was rolled out to 100% last month, with 73% of agents surveyed finding the  feature ‘useful’.

Riccardo Dawson

The roll-out of AI-powered property descriptions on Alto follows the recent launch of free property valuation reports. Improved lettings and sales progression functionality will also be launching soon on Alto, while work is also underway to improve Alto’s reporting capabilities. Agents who would like to hear more about how this feature works can view the demo video here.

Riccardo Dawson, chief operating officer at Alto and Houseful said: “It’s been brilliant to see the positive reaction from our customers to this timely feature, which should be a real time saver for agents. This is just the beginning for AI-powered property descriptions on Alto, with much more to come in the coming months around elements like tone of voice.”
