Tiger Estates has announced the acquisition of Broomheads Estate Agents, which also operates across the Fylde Coast.

This strategic acquisition sees Broomheads’ existing tenancy agreements, records, and management services operate under the Tiger Property Estates & Management Ltd umbrella.

Following the acquisition, Tiger now manages approximately 2,000 tenancies across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St. Annes, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Over Wyre, Kirkham, Preston and the wider Lancashire region.

Craig Webster, managing director of Tiger Estates, said: “This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Tiger Estates. By combining the strengths of both businesses, we can offer landlords and tenants an enhanced level of service, backed by experience, technology, and a dedicated team.

“As an active member of Propertymark and a participant on the Reach Advisory Panel, I ensure that Tiger Estates stays closely connected to housing policy developments. This enables us to provide our clients with timely, informed guidance and maintain the highest industry standards.”

Simon Broomhead and Jane Derbyshire, directors at Broomheads Estate Agents, issued a joint statement: “After 30 years being part of the family business, we are proud to see the business transition to Tiger Estates. Their professionalism and forward-thinking approach mean our clients will continue to receive the highest level of care and support throughout this exciting new phase.”
