Guildcrest Estates has announced the opening of a new branch in Canterbury, almost exactly a year after launching at Westwood Cross Shopping Centre in Thanet.

The expansion follows the company’s earlier establishment of its head office at Manston Business Park in Ramsgate in 2021.

The new Lower Bridge Street office (at number 24) offers the full range of Guildcrest Estates services, which includes sales, lettings, and property management of residential, commercial, and new build homes, alongside estate management, home staging and developer services.

The Canterbury branch is staffed by a female-led team, further underlining the company’s commitment to diversity and leadership in the local property sector.

Sarah Huckstep-Fagg, managing director and founder, said “Buying, selling, or letting a home is a deeply personal experience, and our team is here to guide clients with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of their needs.”
