said late Tuesday its board has authorized a dividend of $2.25 a share, up from $2.13 a share. That’s the 12th straight year that Amgen has increased its dividend, the company said. The dividend will be paid on March 7 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 16. Shares of Amgen were flat in the extended session Tuesday after ending the regular trading day up 0.7%.
