Zoopla has announced a new long-term contract with Arun Estates, the largest independent estate agency in the South East.

With a network of more than 100 high-street branches, Arun Estates encompass several well-known brands, including Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards, and covers the entire South East region from Essex to the Isle of Wight.

The three-year contract includes Valuation Booster, which Arun Estates will use to highlight their branches to sellers actively looking for an agent to value their home.

As part of the agreement, Arun Estates will also gain access to Hometrack’s AVM (automated valuation model). Hometrack is Zoopla’s sister company and this data will be used to help power homeowner journeys on the websites of Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards.

Zoopla will be looking to support Arun Estates with its expansion and ambitious growth plans over the coming years, including strengthening its position as the first-choice agent for consumers in the South East.

Jason Bunning, managing director of Operations at Arun Estates said: “It’s a testament to Zoopla’s customer-centric approach that we’ve agreed a new long-term deal with them. We’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of Zoopla’s valuation leads and look forward to collaborating closely with them to take these figures to new heights in 2024 and beyond.”

Charlie Bryant, CEO at Zoopla, added: “We’re pleased that a leading brand like Arun Estates has decided to agree a new long-term deal with Zoopla. We recognise that agent ROI is critical in the current climate, and look forward to working closely with Arun Estates to deliver this and much more for them.”

The long-term agreement with Arun Estates follows on from the announcement earlier this month that North East estate agent Dowen has returned to Zoopla.

Established in 1982, Dowen has more than 900 properties for sale and rent across its eight branches in locations across the North East including Durham, Hartlepool and Sunderland.
