The Renters (Reform) Bill promises many changes to the sector. But is it really the boogeyman it’s been made out to be?
That is the question Fixflo will be asking from David Smith, partner, JMW, in a webinar on 28 June at 11.00am.
Fixflo’s head of Sales, Will Arrowsmith, will be joining forces with Smith to pour over the suggested legislation as it passes through parliament, answering burning questions from agents such as:
● What will happen when fixed-term tenancies are abolished?
● How will rental notice periods be changing?
● What will the new landlord redress scheme look like?
The duo will also be discussing what didn’t make the cut from the Government’s original white paper, as well as when we can expect the Bill to come into effect.
