CPS Property Group has expanded with the acquisition of Donnybrook Estate Agents, a practice in Londonderry.
Founder and director of Armagh-based CPS, Art O’Hagan, described the deal as a “significant milestone in our shared growth”.
Donnybrook Estate Agents was founded in 1997 by Stephen and Ciara McCarron. As part of the deal, Mr McCarron has been given the new role of land and new homes director within the CPS Group.
Mr O’Hagan said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Donnybrook Estate Agents into the CPS Property family. Stephen and Ciara have built a fantastic business with a deep-rooted reputation for excellence in the Derry/L’Derry market.
“This collaboration is a natural progression of our services and a testament to our confidence in the region’s potential. We look forward to working together to serve the people of Derry/L’Derry with the highest level of service.”
Mr McCarron said: “Joining forces with CPS Property is a truly exciting new chapter for us. We have always admired CPS’s corporate ethos and look forward to combining our local expertise with their extensive resources to continue providing an unparalleled service.
“I am personally thrilled to take on the new role of land and new homes director and contribute to the group’s future success.”
CPS Property Group was set up by Mr O’Hagan in 1987, with his sons Eoin and Shane O’Hagan later joining the business. Last month, CPS Property announced the hiring of Armagh GAA football captain Aidan Forker as business development manager.
According to CPS Property, Forker is now “leading the charge in delivering creative strategies that ensure CPS remains at the forefront of the property market.”
