The winners of allAgents’ 2025 Agent Awards for Customer Experience have been announced.
The awards celebrate agents who consistently go above and beyond for their clients, delivering exceptional service across the UK’s estate and letting sector. Winners are determined solely by verified customer reviews submitted between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025.
Regional agents were recognised across the country, but in the overall winners category, Hannells took gold with an average rating of 4.93 from 595 reviews. Beresfords claimed silver, scoring 4.97 from 480 reviews, while Northwood earned bronze with 4.87 from 480 reviews.
