The 2023 EA Masters took place in London yesterday, where the best of the UK’s estate agents met face-to-face with innovative suppliers exhibiting goods and services.
The event was a major success with more than 1,000 estate agents and industry suppliers attending.
As well as the prestigious Best Estate Agent Guide awards, this year’s EA Masters presented the People Awards, Innovation Awards and Supplier Awards, shining a spotlight on businesses and individuals from across the sector.
Awards were presented by television presenter co-hosts Rachel Riley and Dermot Murnaghan. Chamberlain Phillips were crowned Sales & Lettings Agency of the Year in the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, with both David Livesey and John Halman receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award and Sarah Edmundson receiving an Outstanding Achievement Award.
The Sales Agency of the Year was Nicol & Co and the Lettings Agency of the Year was James Pendleton.
