President Joe Biden on Thursday said he expects to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping in the “near term,” even as he stood by calling Xi a dictator.
Biden was speaking at a news conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after he made the comment about Xi on Tuesday night.
