From securing high-end international clients to managing comprehensive sales, marketing, and operational structures, Michael delivered exceptional results at Climb Online and was appointed Managing Director in January 2022. Here, he successfully guided the agency through a founder-led exit and managed its seamless integration into its acquiring group before leaving the business in December 2023.
Now committed to helping businesses scale through four core pillars: Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations, Michael established the Bula brand in January 2024 and since this time has helped a growing portfolio of service-based businesses implement impactful growth strategies.
Underpinned by a team of eight director level partners, Bula is quickly becoming a ‘go to’ business growth consultancy.
